RESOLUTION 237 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, <br />GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT <br />OF REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HUD -6144, <br />"REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES," <br />INDIANA R -57 <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of <br />the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes that it is <br />now necessary to purchase 126 parcels, LaSalle Park Project, Indiana R- <br />57; and, <br />WHEREAS, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals for 126 par- <br />cels; an <br />WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition price for the 126 parcels of real <br />estate, as shown on Form HUD -6144 dated October 17, 1968, is, in the <br />opinion f the Commission, fair and reasonable. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelopment Com- <br />mission hereby determines that 126 parcels in LaSalle Park be acquired <br />and that the filing with the Urban Renewal Administration of Form HUD - <br />6144, dated October 17, 1968, for the said Parcels is hereby approved. <br />Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commis- <br />sion held on October 17, 1968, at the office of the Commission, 120 West <br />LaSalle Avenue, Suite 1001, South Bend, Indiana. <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />� w <br />By: , <br />President, South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission <br />(SEAL) <br />ATTEST: <br />Secre <br />
