The following described property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such Appropriation: All of the above described land is owned by the Chicago and Indiana Air Line Company and is to be appropriated for the extension of Orange Street to Birdsell Street and also the extension of Colfax Avenue from Walnut Street to Birdsell Street all as provided in section sixteen(16) of Ordinanee Number 1214. T ..e purpose of :such apprepraition is for the extension of Orange Street from Alley wept of Birdsell St. to Birdsell Street and the extension of Colfax Ave. from Walnut Street to Birdsell Street. Notiee of this resolution shall be published on the 6th. day of May and on the l8th. day of May-1911 n'.the South Bend Daily Times. Tfis Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 26th, day of May 1911 at 7:15 P.M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or a fected by these proceedings.
