ril Board met in regular session at',10 A.M. all members present. ✓ Hearing given on Declaratory Resolution No.65.for a Curb and Walk on So. Miehigan St. from Ewing Ave. to Chippewa Ave. In t-;,e above matter remonstrators appeared and remonstrance was filed. The Board after due consideration amend the original Resolution to read from Ewing Avenue to Donmoyer Avenue. Therefore be it resolved t'l-tat the Board find in eac,-L and every case in said improvements tj-_at the benefits to the property,and to the city of South Bend are equal to -the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified,eonfirmed and approved. . Be it Resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Times on the 3st.and on the /,"dth. days of May 1911 to the effect that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said .improvements up to,,10 A.M. on the 15th. day of May 1911. The Boards reserves the right to reject -any and all bids. Hearing given on the Declaratory Resolution No. 62. for a Pipe Sewer on Clover Street from Mishawaka Ave. to the St. Joseph River. In the above matter remonstrators appeared and remonstrance were filed. Therefore be it Resolved that the ,Board find in eaehand every case in said improvements that t;'.e benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and Vie same are hereby in all ' things ratified.,confirmed and approved.. Be it Resolved that notices be publishedin the Soutfi Bend Daily Times on the 3-1t. and on d-7s of may 1911,,to the effect that the Board will receive bids for tile constru -ction of said improvement up to 10 A.M. on the 1.3th. day of May 1911 The Board reserves the rigit to reject any and all bids. In the matter of the Grade of the i'irts Alley East of Catalpa Avenue from Warren Ave, to Calvert St. undre Improvement Resolution No. 61. The Board having said matter under advisement find that the remonstrance ,.-'iled April 13th. 1911 should be sustained and that the resolution should be and the same is nereby and in all things'recind.ed. Petition received and refered to the City Engineer for specifications asking for a Pipe Sewer on -Huron St. from Kosciuszko St. to Olive St. Petition received and refered to the City Engineer asking for Curb and Walk on Fellew St. from the center of the 900 blank to Sample St. Petition for Grade.Curb and Walk on Arthur St. from L&,Salle Road to Campau St. refered to City Engineer. ,,,, Contractors Bonds of the South Bend Home Telephone Co. and Alex Bukowski approved.
