1 1218 Board met in regular hearing at 7;15 P.M., all members present. V In the matter of Union St. C'endennati*nNO-7. rerionstrgtors appeared but",%no furthur remonstrances were placed on file,the Board defered all action on the same until May 5th. at 10 A,11. V In the riatter 4f Webster St. Condemnation No. 6 the same was defered until May 5th. at 10 A. M. In the matter of the Howard st. Pipe Sewer Improvement Resolution NO. 60.the same was reeinded. ✓ -fearing given on Declaratory atery Rt'solution No. 64 !for a Pipe Sewer On Pine Street from Napier St. to Perkins St. In the above matter remonstrator appeared but no further remonstranees were filed therefore be it resolved that the Board find in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits to the property.and to the City of South Bend.are equal to the estim&G Cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified,sonfirmed. and approved. 'Be it resolved that notices be published in the South BendDaily Times on the 20th. day ofAlartland an the 27th. day of April 1911 to the effeet that this Board will receive bids for -( the construction of said improvements up to 10 A.M. on the 9th. day of may 1911.
