Board net in regular session at 10 A.M. all members present v Petition for the Vacation of Alleys in Si-mmit place addition received and refered to the City Engineer. q v Petition for Street light at the corner of Vasser Ave. and Adams St. refered to the Stre Commissioner. ✓ Remonstrance received and placed on file remonstrating against the construction of a Sewer on Orchard Street. Petition for a Sewer on Monson St. received and refered to the City Engineer. ✓ Contractors Bond of C.C. Shively approved. Excavation Bond of Charles PRA7ey approved. .,In the matter of Charles Cousseni Co. Bond of 1905 all parties interested were release VACATION RE-8QLU TION NO 9.. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend.Indian&;that it is.r-.- desirable to vacate the following; in Summit Place Addition,,the first alley west of Olive'St. running from Huren to Grace St. between "Lots number 465-466-467-484-455-496 and lots 468 and 483,also the east &,.d west alleyrSouth of Ruron St. as follows : Beginning at the mouth east corner of lot 467 thence west to a point 14 ft. east. of the ,south east corner of lot 471 thence south 14ft. to a point 14ft. east of the north east corner of lot 480; thence along the north line of .lets 491-482-493-and 4F4 to the west line of Olive St. ;thence north 14ft. to the place of beginning.
