Calvert and Fellow St. refered'.to Street Commissioner. - Petition recei- d si-gned by Jacob and Maggie Kerner asking for the Vacation of a post of Columbia St. refered to the C ty Engineer �/ ,moo Resolved by the Board of Public Works of +he.City of South Bend,Indiana;that it is. desirable to Vacate the following;Beginning at a point an the northerly line of Vistula Avenue fifty-three and ei g ..ty five hundreths (53.5) feet north fifty (50 °) degreesf the south went corner of lot number One Kindred and nine(109)' of the Original Plat of the Town now the City of South Bend,Indiana; said point being the center of Columbia. Street as formally platted,running thence in a northeasterly direction to a paint on the westerly of said lot lo9,nintty (90) feet north,of said southwest corner,.thence north on said -weste 4 -ly line of staid lot,twenty-five (2.5)feet,thence southwesterly ninety(90)ft more or less to the place of beginning.
