RESOLUTION NO. 231 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A BID OR <br />BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF $376,000 PRELIMINARY LOAN <br />NOTES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF <br />REDEVELOPMENT, INDUSTRIAL EXPANSION, INDIANA R-56 <br />WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment is <br />selling $376,000 in Preliminary Loan Notes for the financing of <br />an Urban Renewal Project in the City of South Bend, Indiana <br />designated as Industrial Expansion Project, Indiana R-56, to be <br />se3ured by an agreement between the City of South Bend, Depart- <br />me t of Redevelopment and the United States; and <br />. the notes will be advertised on September 3, 1968; and <br />RHOREAS, the notes will be sold on the 17th day of September, <br />19Q8 at 1:00 P. M.
