E <br />Tuesday march 7th.1911 <br />The Board met in regular session at 10:00 A.M. <br />Petition received and referred to City EngineernsPing for Grade, Curb and <br />walk on NerthAdams Street from Michigan 'Avenue north as far as platted. <br />Remonstrance received and placed on file remonstrancing against the Pipe <br />sewer on St., Peter Street from Cedar to La Salle Avenue. <br />Hearing given on Condemnation Resolution No.- 8 for the purpose opening <br />and extending Kendall Street from Robertson Street to the first alley north. <br />In the above matter no remonstrances Caere filed and no remenstrAoIrs <br />appeared: The Board being fully advised in the matter, the board take final <br />on said resolution confirming without modification all former action taken on <br />the same. <br />The Board therefore declared the above property and all things <br />condemned and appropriated for public use. The Board now orders that a <br />list or roll be prepared of all the `owners holdeks of property and of <br />valuable interests therein sought to be.taken or to be injuriously affected <br />which said list or roll shall also describe.,: the property benefically <br />affected. <br />0 <br />COO` <br />President. <br />b <br />4 <br />
