<br />That it is deemed and desired necessary to open and extend for
<br />P1014c sewer and drain purposes a, right of: way from the west bank of the St.
<br />Joseph River at the mguth'- of the Bowman Creek and running in a southwester)
<br />direction Following the general lane of said Bowman Creek to the west line of
<br />Section 24 Township 37 North Range 2 East all in the City of South Bend,
<br />St, �Tosep.h County, Irldina; 'by eppropr. iating and condemning a right of way across
<br />certain lots, lands and parcels'of lots, of sufficient width to construct and
<br />maintain said sewer, the center of which shall be along the following described
<br />line, to -wit: -
<br />Commencing at the intersection of the south line of .Sample Street,
<br />and the south westerly line of Vistula Avenue, thence south thirty-six degrees
