Board met in regular nearing at7-15 P,.;aanbert absent Hearing given on Assessment Roll and Final Estimate .for Brick Pavement on Webster St. from Sample St. to the Chicago,Indiana h Southern Railway under Improvement Resolution No. 41: Remonstrators appeared but no remonstrances were filedthe Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed December 9th.1910 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls,and the Board further Find that:the assessment rolls filed December 9th. 1910 and the final estimate allowed cember 9th. 1910 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Nearing given on Rolls of awards of damages and assessments of benefits in the matter of appropriating a stripi of land for public use under Condemnation Resolution No. In the above matter remonstrators appeared but no remonstrances were filed, The Board find that the property mentioned in said rolls are benefited and damaged respectively as shown in said roll and said roll is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and all action under Condemnation Resolution No. 55.is hereby concluded. Hearing given on Declaratory Resolution,on General Sidewalk and Repair Work on d Various ,streets; Sidewalks on North St,Peter Street from South Dend Ave. to Corby 3/Street; Grade?Curb and Talk on Sancomb Ave. from Michigan Ave. to VainBuren Street; under Improvement Resolutions Nos.54,55,and 56 respectively Engipper, sled estimates as follows: St.Peter St. From South Bend Ave. to Corby 3t. 579.00 Saneome Ave. Michi�,an Ave. to Van,Buren St.- 260.00 In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were Puled /the Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to the property.and to the City of South Bend are equil-to the estimated, cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified,eonfirmed and approved. Resolved.,that notice;skbe published on the 21th.and on the 29th. days of .February 1911 in the south Bend wily Times,stating that the Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvements up to 10 A. M. on the loth. day of March 1911 The Board reserves all the right to reject any or all bids. Hearing,on-:.Improvement:'Res6iutio.ft'..No.53 for Sidewalks on Eddy St. from South Bend �/ Ave. to Jefferson Boulevard and the Taring on Improvement Resolution No. 57.for Grade,Curb and Walk om WestCalvert St. from South Main St. to Kemble Ave. were taken under advisement until Friday February 17th. 1911 at 10 A. M. ✓ Contract_ and' bidders bond of Hoban & Roach signed and approved for the Brick pavement on the first Alley West of .Michigan St. from Soutk St'. to Monroe St. President. "�
