Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.M. Mr. Bastian absent. In the matter of the confirming of the Assessment Roll for the opening of Webster St. Condemnation Fesolution No.6. sane was defered until Friday December. 30th. at 10 A.m. ,,In the matter of the pavement of the first Alley west of Mic,,a - ' ign St. from 'Monroe St to South St.remonstrators appeared and remonstrance placed on file, the hearing defered until December 30tA. at 10 A.m. Hearing given on Assessment Roll and Final Estimate on GradeCurb and Walk on t/Duey Ave. from South Bend Ave. to Howard St. Improvement Resolution 110-39- No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore fi that the property assessed in said rolls filed November 29th. 1910 is benefited in t,te anrount of assessments as shown on said rollsland the Board further finds that the assessment filed November 29th. 1910 and the final estimate allowed November 29th. 1910 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed .and approved. /Vearing given on Assessment Roll and Fig al Estinmte on Cement Sidewalks on Various St. under General Sidewalk and Repair Work improvement Resolution No. 42. No remonstrators wppeared and no remonstrances were filed.T.he Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed December 2th. 1910 in benefited in tjie Amount of assessments as shown on said rolls.and the Board further firid, ti;&t tne assessment rolls filed December. 2th. 1910 i,nd the final estimate allowed December 2th. 1910 should be and the same are hereby in all th;ngs ratified.confirmed and approved.. Hearing given. iven on Assessment Roll and Final Estimate on Pipe Sewer on east Calvert Street from Michigan st, to Witwer Ave. under Improvement Resolution No. 43- No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrance were filed The Board therefore find that the property asses -ea i in said rolls filed November 22nd. 1910 is benefited in the amouxt of assessment as s own on said rolls., and the Board further finds that the arr;«!-,sment rollsfiled November 22nd. 1910 and the final estimate allowed December 22nd. 1910 sliould be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, ,confirmed and approved.
