Board, met in regu lar session at 10 A.M. all members present. /Remonstrance received and placed on fileremaonstrating against the construction. of a sewer on 7iarri3 St.. from Division St. to Ford St. Bids opened on the following wotk-and refered to the Engineer for tabulation; - Olive St. Pipe.Sewer from Kenwood ave. to Linden Ave. �Howard -Ave. -Pipe Sewer from VanBuren St. to the North line of Cushing Add. tavement on the First alley west -of Michigan St.ft-ox Division St to Monroe St. vement on the First alley North of Division St.fron Michigan st to Main qt. -Hearin,a, given on Roll of awards of damagies and assessments of benefits in the matter of appropriating of a strip of land for the purpose of extending George Ave. south to Sample St. under condemnation. Resolution No. 4. In the above matter remonstrators appeared but no remonstrances were filed. The Board find that the property mentioned in said Roll are benefited and damaged respectively as -shown on said. Roll and said roll is hereby in all things ratified., confirmed and"approved and all action under Oondemn-ation Resolution No. 4. is aereby concludid. /The City Engineer submitted, the list of property owners in the matter of theUt f appropriation.of eertain property under Condemnation Re -solution '4o. 55. which lists inalildes the names of owners and holders of property and of interests therein sauqht to be taken or beneficially or injuriously effectedb;L-ad-the:di-ser�pti6A-,-.Of the' teveraln,pi tee s_.°of -.Property- whi eh in affected by the said appropriation proeeedings. Thereupon the Board proceeded to award the damages sustained and to assessti.,le benefits accuring to each piece of property upon the list. The Board I-lereby set off the benefits and damages each against the ot.frler where both benefits and damages are arse-sed against the sane piece of property,,tract of land or- interest.and hereby fixes said respective net benefits as the amounts that small be paid by the respecti ve owners &9 benefitqand further liereby fixes the respective net damages as to the several tracts as the amounts that small be paid to the owners of t-I.-.e respective tracts as (46magei. Thereupon the Board has fixed the 27th. day of January 1911 as a day upon which they will receive or hear remons rances from persons with regard to the amount of their -respective awarder or aspe-srents.and the Clerk of thioBoard war, instructed to prepair and to cause to be duly and legally given.n.0tices, to the owners of each parcel of property,showing the amount of each a9se9snellit or awardwith a discription of the property affected.and the date of s id hearing.
