Mayor Seebirt appeared before the Board and requested that an <br />estimate of expenses for various departments under the Board'sjurisdiction be made out <br />and filed with him in the near future. The Board instructed the Clerk to prepare <br />an estimate of various funds, also F';.-::J. Anderson City Engineer, D. C. Layton, Street <br />Commissioner and J. P. Reed Cemetery Sexton to submit an estimate of probable expense <br />for their departments. <br />H. M. Hildebrand and Sears Engineer for the Indiana Bell Tel. Company <br />appeared before the Board in regard to permitissued January loth., 1922 for setting <br />poles and anchors on Indian, Avenue from Clyde Street to Leer Street and stated that this <br />was the only.proper route for to-. use.
