RESOLUTION NO. 224 RESOLUTION TO FURTHER AMEND A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF CERTAIN PROJECT TEMEORARY LOAN NOTES - IN CONNECTION WITH URBAN RENE6JAL PROTECT NO. nQD. R -29 AND PROVIDING FOR THE SECURITY FOR THE PAS THEREOF,AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREA the United States of America (herein called the "Government ") and the Department of Redevelo ment (herein cal ed the Local Public Agency"), have entered into-7-certain Loan and Capital Gra t Contract, dated September 6.-1962 , and identified as` "Contract No. Ind. -29 (LG) (said Contract as hertofore amended being herein called the Exists g Contract "); and WHEREAS,, a Resolution entitled "Resolution Authorizing the Issuance of Certain Prkect emporary Loan Notes in Connection with Urban Renewal Project No. Ind. and Providing for the Security for the Payment Thereof, and for other s ", was duly adopted by the South Bend.
