RESOLUTION NO. 223 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A BID OR BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF $1,375,000 PRELIMINARY LOAN NOTES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT, LASALLE PARK PROJECT, IND. R -57 WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment is selling $1,375,000 in preliminary loan notes for the financing of an Urban Renewal Project in the City of South Bend, Indiana, designated as LaSalle Park Project, Indiana R -57, to be secured by an agreement between the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment and the United States; and WHEREAS, the notes will be advertised on June 25, 1968; and WHEREAS, the notes will be sold on the 9th day of July, 1968 at 1 'clock Eastern Daylight Savings Time.
