Friday December 9th.., 1921 publicly opened read and considered a 1 bids, and then continued this meeting to TUESDay December 13b:h, 1921 at 10:)) A.1% NOW on last named date the BOARD designated ASPHALtic COncrete as the kind of pavement with which said street is to be imp rued and fixes the 24th. day of DECEMber 1921 at 10:)) SA.M. as the time whenpetitions for changing the kind D pavement must be filed, and the BOARD hereby continues this matter until the 27tr. day of DECELIber 1921 at the above named day the.BOARD will either pass n on petition let said contract or reject all bids.
