RESOLUTION NO. 220 RES LUTION APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR THE EXECUTION OF THIRD AME DATORY CONTRACT AMENDING CONTRACT NO. IND. R -29 (LG) BY AND BET KEN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. BE IT RESOLVED BY the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, AS FOLLOWS: SEC ION 1. The pending proposed Third Amendatory Contract (herein called the "Amendatory Contract ") amending that certain Contract No. Ind. R -29 (LG), dated t e 6th day of September, 1963 as amended by First Amendatory Contract dated t e 14th day of October, 1966 further amended by Second Amendatory Contract dated the 7th day of February, 1967, by and between the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment (herein called the "Local Public Agency" and the United States of America herein called the "Government "), is here in all respects approved. SECTION 2. The President is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Amendatory Contract in two counterparts on behalf of the Local Public Agency and the Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to impress and attest the official seal of the Local Public Agency on each such counterpart and the Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to forward such counter arts to the Department of Housing and Urban Development for execution on behalf of the Government, together with such other documents relative to the app oval and execution of such counterparts as may be required by the Governme t. SECTION 3. This resolution is to take effect immediately. SECTION 4. Adopted at the regular meeting of the Redevelopment Commission at the Vice of the Redevelopment Commission, 120 West LaSalle Avenue, Suite 1001, Sh Bend, Indiana on June 6, 1968.
