This petition is set for public hearing before the Common Council on Monday, June <br /> 24th, 2019. <br /> Ordinance & Petition Amendments: <br /> No changes. <br /> Public Hearing Summary: <br /> There were three people who spoke in favor of the petition. Mo Miller was the treasurer for <br /> the Triangle HOA. She spoke for the residents saying they were in favor of the development. <br /> Pat Matthews spoke that he believed that this is an appropriate development for the busy <br /> intersection.
