A. General Description Bid Package is for the FF&E Furnishings in the existing office space of the Century Center Convention Center. See coded furniture plan and bid documents for scope of work and basis of design. B. Furniture Specification Refer to attached Furniture Specification for Items, numbers, finishes and locations of Office Furniture. The Furniture shall be delivered to: Century Center Loading Dock 120 South Dr. M. L. King Jr Blvd. South Bend, IN 46601 C. Method of Payment The furniture will be paid by the unit price for each unit furnished and shall include the any mounting hardware necessary to mount the fixture to the existing spaces with delivery and installation costs included.
