day <br />RESOLUTION NO. 216 <br />WHEREAS, this Commission has heretofore on the 21st <br />of March, 1968, authorized the issuance of bonds in the <br />t of $870,000 to pay the cost of acquisition, clearance, <br />reh #bilitation, site improvement and renewal of property <br />des ribed in Resolution No. 213 and all expenses necessarily <br />inc rred in connection with said proceedings; and <br />WHEREAS, the Commission did not include the proceeds <br />of laid bonds in the regular budget for the year 1968; and <br />WHEREAS, the Executive Director of this Commission <br />gav* notice of the hearing on the matter of appropriating the <br />proceeds of said bonds as required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, such public hearing was held on the 18th day <br />of . pril, 1968, at 10:30 o'clock A.M., Central Standard Time, <br />at the office of the Commission and all taxpayers or interested <br />peroons desiring to be heard in regard to said appropriation <br />were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the South Bend <br />lopment Commission that: <br />1. An extraordinary emergency exists for the making <br />of *n additional appropriation by the South Bend Redevelopment <br />ission in the amount of $870,000 to be appropriated on the <br />of acquisition, clearance, rehabilitation, site improvement <br />
