Color to be white. <br />Safety: Truck to conform to all D.O.T. requirements including back up Yes® No❑ <br />warning alarm. <br />Jet Rodder <br />Specifications: 9 cubic yard minimum capacity centrifugal compressor (fan Yes® No[:] <br />type) vacuum system. Vacuum and flushing system must have <br />the ability to be varied separately. Fans need to be equipped <br />with and auto greasing system. <br />Debris Body: The debris body shall be cylindrical and constructed from a Yes® No❑ <br />minimum '/" high strength, non -corrosive steel with a <br />minimum yield point of 50,000 PSI and a minimum tensile <br />strength of 70,000 PSI. Bulk heads to be 3/8" minimum. <br />Debris storage body shall have a minimum useable capacity of <br />(9) cubic yards. Manufacturer supplied dimensional drawings <br />and documentation shall be included with bid. State useable <br />capacity. <br />For the safety of the operator, the debris tank shall have two <br />liquid level indicators that are visible from the operator's <br />station. <br />The body shall have a full-size rear door that is hinged at the <br />top and equipped with a replaceable neoprene type seal to <br />prevent leakage. Rear door to be hydraulically operated up to a <br />minimum 90 degrees and down and shall include a safety prop. <br />Hydraulic locks to be provided. <br />The rear door shall be equipped with a body drain hose which <br />allows operator to drain off excess liquids while retaining <br />solids. <br />Debris body shall be dumped by raising the body to a 50- <br />degree angle utilizing a forward mounted, double acting <br />hydraulic telescoping hoist minimum. Unit to include safety <br />prop. A system of high-pressure spray nozzles shall be <br />installed to completely flush the debris tank, including top, <br />sides, bottom and rear door. <br />The debris body shall be fixed on an independent frame, <br />separate from the chassis frame and mounted via a 3-point <br />mounting system to allow flexing to occur without causing <br />10 <br />
