Jefferson Blvd. South Bend, IN 46601-1830 RE: Commerce Center Mixed- Use Development, Architectural Precast Concrete Financial Statement Availability To Whom It May Concern: Coreslab Structures (Indianapolis) Inc., is bidding on the material and installation work for the Architectural Precast Concrete for the Commerce Center Mixed -Use Development in South Bend, IN. One of the requirements of the bid form is providing a financial statement. Coreslab's corporate policy does not allow providing detailed accounting information when it has the potential to become a public record. In lieu of this, we have provided with this bid: -a bonding company letter indicating our aggregate bonding capacity of $1,000,000,000. -an accounting firm letter indicating our current liabilities to equity ratios. -a bank letter indicating our $5,000,000 secured line of credit facility. We believe this current information provides proof of Coreslab Structures' secure financial position and ability to complete this project work. In addition, Coreslab Structures has provided precast/prestressed concrete throughout Indiana and the United States for over 40 years, and has proven our strong financial capabilities to the government entities of the state of Indiana through direct contracts with the Indiana Stadium Convention Building Authority, the Indiana State Fair Commission, various Indiana School Corporations, and counties. Coreslab Structures (Indianapolis) Inc. has also provided precast/prestressed concrete for Indiana University, Purdue University, Ball State University, and Valparaiso University through known General Contractors.
