Upon official award by way of a Contract/Notice of Proceed anticipated to be the week of <br />6/17/19, we would begin our engineering work and shop drawings within (1) day of contract <br />award, engineering start 6/20/19). Engineering would include work on the architectural precast <br />panel layout and design. Shop drawings will be submitted for approval by approximately 8/28/19, <br />or 50 days after award. The approval period for shop drawings will be for 20 days, (8/29/19 to <br />9/25/19). Submission and approval of precast samples and thin brick samples are to be from <br />6/28/19 to 7/25/19, 20 days. After those approvals, the precast mock-up is to be produced and <br />approved from 7/26/19 to 9/5/19. After all approvals, thin brick and form liner are to be ordered <br />for production, which will begin on approx. I l/1/19, with all precast production being completed <br />by 3/5/20. Embeds for the precast panels would be ordered and delivered as directed in the <br />Precast Scope of Work (Level 2 embeds may not be available in time). The I" mobilization for <br />the erection of the precast would be approximately 12/9/19 going through 2/21/20, The 2"d <br />mobilization for the balance of the precast walls would follow starting 2/24/20 and finishing <br />5/8/20. Work will be one (1) shift per <br />day, eight (8) hours per shift, five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday, Straight time. <br />Excludes all cost to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and additional shifts. It is to be further <br />understood that a large crane, loaded tractor trailers, and man -lifts will need to be able to have <br />access around the entire structure to be able to set and brace the exterior architectural precast wall <br />panels. Access next to the new structure must be provided by Others. It is also understood that the <br />tower crane on site (installed and maintained by F.A. Wilhelm) will be available for precast panel <br />erection if and as required, per the Precast Scope of Work and Addendum #3. Normal site "wear <br />and tear" on the surrounding ground, access road, and pavements can and should be expected. <br />Site repairs as part of normal precast panel installation is not included in our bid. Crane mats will <br />be used where possible and practical. <br />2. On prior public works projects, we have subcontracted out the erection to: Area Erectors, Inc., <br />(1225 S. 7th St., Rochelle, IL); Ben Hur Construction (2120 Montcalm St., Indianapolis, IN); <br />Sofco Erectors (7037 Brookville Rd., Indianapolis, IN), and Precast Services, Inc. (8200 Boyle <br />Parkway, Twinsburg, OH 44087); they have all provided precast installation services on Coreslab <br />projects in the Midwest. In addition, Robert Haines Company (2747 N. Emerson, Indianapolis, <br />IN) and H.E.S.S. Caulking & Restoration (1091 S. 7th St, Rochelle, IL 61068) have provided <br />sealant and cleaning services for Coreslab projects as well. <br />
