of <br />it <br />RESOLUTION 214 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING <br />BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT, <br />AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HUD-6-144, "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE <br />IN ACQUISITION PRICES" <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing. Body <br />the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes that <br />is now necessary to purchase Parcel Po. 40-89 LaSalle Park Project, <br />1. R -57; and, <br />WHEREAS, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals for Parcel <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition price for the parcel of real <br />:e, identified as Parcel 40 -8, as shown on Form HUD -6144 dated <br />4' 1968, is, in the opinion of the Commission, fair and <br />enable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission hereby determines that Parcel No. 40 -8 in LaSalle Park <br />be acquired and that the filing with the Urban Renewal Administration <br />of Form HUD -6144, dated April 4, 1968, for the said Parcel 40-8 is <br />he eby approved. <br />ted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />on April 4, 1968, at the office of the Commission, 120 West LaSalle <br />ue, Suite 1001, South Bend, Indiana. <br />P <br />
