RESOLUTION 212 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING <br />BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT, <br />AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HUD -6144, "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE <br />IN ACQUISITION PRICES" <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body <br />of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes that <br />it is now necessary to purchase Parcel No. 31 -1, LaSalle Park Project, <br />Ind. R-57; and, <br />it has reviewed the three separate appraisals for Parcel <br />No. 31.1; and <br />wREREAS, the proposed acquisition price for the parcel of real <br />estate identified as Parcel 31 -1, as shown on Form HUD -6144, dated <br />March Zl, 1968, is, in the opinion of the Commission, fair and reasonable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission hereby determines that Parcel No. 31 -1, in LaSalle Park be <br />acquired and that the filing with the Urban Renewal Administration of <br />Form 6144, dated March 21, 1968, for the said Parcel 31 -1 is <br />hereby approved. <br />Adopteo at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />held o March 21, 1968 at the office of the Commission, 120 West LaSalle <br />Avenue, Suite 1001, South Bend, Indiana. <br />
