RESOLUTION 211 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COM USSION, GOVERNING <br />BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT, <br />AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HUD -6144, "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE <br />IN ACQUISITION PRICES" <br />the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body <br />of the City of South Bend,'Department of Redevelopment, believes that <br />it is tow necessary to purchase Parcel No. 29 -3, LaSalle Park Project, <br />Ind. R-57; and, <br />W#EREAS, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals for Parcel <br />No. 29 3; and <br />the proposed acquisition price for-the parcel of real <br />estater,_n <br />tified as Parcel 29-3, as shown on Form HUD - 6144, <br />dated 21, 1% 8 is, in the opinion of the Commission, fair and <br />N , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commis ion hereby determines that Parcel No. 29-3 in LaSalle Park <br />be acq red and that ttie.filing. with the Urban Renewal Administration <br />of Fo HUD -6144, dated Narch 21, 1968, for the said Parcel 29-3 <br />is her by approved. <br />Adopts at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />held o March 21, 1968, at` the 'cffice•of the Commission, 120 West <br />LaSall Avenue, Suite 1001, South Bend, Indiana. <br />
