CLAIMS REVIEW MEETING MAY 21, 2019 144 <br />A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:04 a.m. on Tuesday, <br />May 21, 2019, by Board Member Elizabeth Maradik, with Board Members Laura O'Sullivan and <br />Therese Dorau present. Board President Gary Gilot and Board Member Genevieve Miller were <br />absent. The meeting was held in the 13th Floor Boardroom, County -City Building, 227 W. <br />Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Ms. Dorau stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is fully <br />supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; and <br />the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy.
