RESOLUTION N0. 210 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, <br />GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF <br />REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF DHUD FORM H- <br />6144, "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES ". <br />INDUSTRIAL EXPANSION PROJECT, IND. R -56 <br />EREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body <br />of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, has reviewed the <br />three separate appraisals for 65 Parcels of real estate to be acquired <br />in thp. Industrial Expansion Area; and <br />;HEREAS the proposed acquisition prices for 65 Parcels of real <br />estata as shown on DHUD Form H -6144, dated February 1, 1968 are in the <br />nninlin of the Commission, fair and reasonable; now therefore, <br />,IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission that the <br />with the Administration of Form H -6144, dated <br />y 1, 1968, for 65 Parcels of real estate is hereby approved. <br />Adopted at the regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />held on February 1, 1968, at the office of the Commission, 120 West <br />LaSalle Avenue, South Bend, Indiana. <br />SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />' r./LZ�.� --- <br />r <br />Joky KE.
