WHERE) out tl pursui by the on the RESOLUTION NO. 209 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACTS FOR THE SALE OF LAND FOR REDEVELOPMENT IN THE LASALLE PARK PROJECT, INDIANA R -57 the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, is carrying urban renewal of an area known as the LaSalle Park Project, t to the Urban Renewal Plan for Project No. Indiana R -57 adopted Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana by Resolution No. 127 -66 24th day of January, 1966; and WHERE S, the Urban Renewal Plan calls for the sale for redevelopment by publi or private agencies of all acquired land in accordance with the provi ions of said Plan; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, governing body f the City of South Bend, Indiana, Department of Redevelopment, as fo lows: SECTI N I. That the documents pertaining to a proposed sealed -bid offer ng of the above parcels, copy of which documents are made a part hereo and filed on record with the City Clerk, as they may be revised as ne essary to comply with the requirements of the Department of Housing and U ban Development.of the United States of America, are hereby approved. SECTION II. That the proposed disposal procedure is the appropriate method of making the land available for redevelopment. SECTION III. That the proposed minimum disposal price for the disposal of each parcel included in this proposed offering has been determined to be no less than the fair value fdr the land for uses in accordance with the U ban Renewal Plan and said minimum disposal prices are hereby appro ed. SECTION IV. That the Executive Director of the Department of Redevelopment is authorized to proceed with the proposed disposal of the above property in accordance with the proposed disposal procedure and all applicable requirements.
