RESOLUTION NO. 208 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING AND SUPERS ED S RESOLUTION NO. 198, <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, <br />GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF <br />REDEVELOPMENT ESTABLISHING THE METHOD AND/OR METHODS OF <br />DISPOSITION AND AUTHORIZING THE REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE <br />IN RECOMMENDED MINIMUM DISPOSITION PRICES OF LAND IN <br />THE LASALLE PARK PROJECT, IND. R -57 <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has determined that <br />it is now necessary to establish the method to be used for disposition of <br />project land and to establish the recommended rbinimum disposition prices <br />for the land in the LaSalle Park Project in accordance with the Land Dis- <br />positi n Plan. <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has determined that <br />the sale of these parcels are in accordance with the Disposition Plan for <br />this a ea; and <br />WHEREAS, the minimum price for said land has been determined in <br />accordance with all applicable statutes of the State of Indiana and rules <br />and regulations and federal statutes governing the sale of urban renewal <br />land; and <br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Commission has reviewed the three separate <br />ReUse Appraisals for said parcels; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed disposition prices for said parcels are, in the <br />opinion of the Commission, fair and reasonable; and <br />N , THEREFORE, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission determines that <br />land ip the project area shall be disposed of by the following methods which <br />are more fully described in the Urban Renewal Plan Sections noted: <br />14-11-4 Predetermined Price Offerings, 14 -3 -5 Subsidized Redevelopment <br />are the appropriate methods of disposition in accordance with the Urban <br />Renewal Plan as recorded; and <br />FURTHER, that Resolution No. QW is hereby amended and superseded, <br />and 191' <br />FURTHER, that the South Bend Redevelopment Commission authorizes the <br />Exeeut ve Director to submit the proposed disposition prices to the Depart- <br />ment o Housing and Urban Development office for concurrence. <br />Adopte at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />on Jan ary 18, 1968 at the office of the Commission, 120 West LaSalle Ave- <br />nue, S ite 1001, South Bend, Indiana. <br />
