Grear District Mgr, of the Welsbach Street Lighting Company of Chicago 'appeared before the Board in -regard to thaxging of lights on Mishawaka Avenue. Re Board instrueted Mr, gear to install three 150 C. P, lights on Mishawaka . Avenue en trial. and the changing of all lights on Mishawaka Avenue would be considered later. `Mr. F. L. Dennis"of the Studebaker Corporation appeared before the Board and presented\biue print of tunnel under Tatt Street from Building Ne. 35 to Building No. 53 for the Studebaker Cerpperatin and requested permission:to.lay same in street.
