Tuesday August 30th., 1921. Con.tinued;. Concerning the improvement of the roadway of Fellows Street from the south line of,Milton Street to the North line of Milton Street runnin East andMilton Street..from Fellows Street. to Rush Street with asphal , asphaltic co sre.te bitulithic, concrete, or brick in pursuance to resolution No..89� the Board finR that; no petition has been filed with said Board by a majority in number of the freeholders residing on said street to be improved, requesting that it be improved with a different kind of pavement than the kind heretfore adopted by the Board in its preliminary order; and the City Engineer reports that the White Construction Company is the lowest and best bidder for the kind of pavement heretofore adopted by the Board,.and the Board find that the White Construction Company is -the lowest and best bidder and hereby lets the contract far said -improvement to him, and orders that said improvement be'made with°Asphaltie concrete using Trinidad Lake Asphalt and all proceedings heretofore.had in this matter are hereby confirmed and 90tified, G.
