Corby..-.. . b avm` the roadw ay the sa me, and Street Y Y paving .g YWNER-EAS, the City Civil Engineer has prepared and filed in the office of this Board a report showing the number and location of the service pipes, mains, e3nduits, lateral;, and connections which are, or will be necessary to accomn cL'ate the ' abutting property and the owners thereof .with gas, water, sewer; and other conveniences and necessaries:. and also satil. ' City Givil Engineer has prepared and filed in said office specifications showing the material to be used and 'r the maner of laying said service pips mains, conduits, laterals and connections .from the mains to the points in= . 4; r - I a ` side the curb lines. r THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Public Workes of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that t. T` the report of the City Civil Engineer is adcptcd, and sa'drepert and the specificaticns prepared and £led by 4# him -are made a . part: of this resolution as fully and effectually as if copied herein at full length; and it is fur- ther ordered that all of such private connections with the sewer, gas, and water maths be made in said street #' by bringing them_ :inside the curb lines thereof.
