Rush Street from Wenger Street to Pennsylvania Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 904 In The City of South Bead, Indiana. In the above matter a remonstrwtors appeared but no written remonstrances were filed. The Board be.in1 ft;lly advised, in the premises decides that the benefits to propert liagle to be assessed for said Improvement are equal to the estimated cost of - same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted abd the same is hereby in all things,,mUtie4, confirmed and approved Resolved Further that notices be published on the 12th. 1!,�,v of August 1921 and on the 19th. day of August 1921 in the South Bend Daily Times a newspaper of general circulation in said City, stating that this Board still ,receive bids for the Construction of said improvement up to 1.0:00 A.M. Tuesday August 30th., 1921. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bads. i : j
