ARTICLE V <br />MEMBERSHIP <br />SECTION 1. Classes_ If an <br />The membership of the Foundation shall be no less than three (3) and mem- <br />bership shall be limited to those persons who shall have paid such amounts as the <br />Board of Directors may require from time to time to obtain and retain membership <br />in the Foundation. <br />Classes of membership shall be as follows: <br />(a) Participating members. <br />(b) junior members. <br />(c) Firm members. <br />SECTION 2. Rghts, Preferences, Limitations, and Restrictions of Classes. <br />(a) Participating Members. Participating members shall consist of five <br />classes: <br />(1) <br />Regular <br />(2) <br />Family <br />(3) <br />Contributing <br />(4) <br />Sponsoring <br />(5) <br />Lifetime <br />A natural person, 18 years of age or older, may obtain a participating membership <br />upon the payment of the dues fixed by the Board of Directors. Participating member- <br />ship, other than the regular membership, shall include the spouse of the member. <br />(b) ,junior Members. Any natural person, under 18 years of age, may <br />obtain a participating membership by paying the dues fixed by the Board of Directors, <br />but such person shall not have the right to vote at meetings of the members. <br />,(c) Firm_ Members. A firm membership may be obtained by any corpora- <br />tion, company, association, partnership, or other legal entity, other than a natural <br />
