7 <br />(3) influence u on Legislation. _No substantial part of the activities <br />of the Foundation shall be devoted to carrying on propaganda, or other- <br />wise attempting to influence legislation. <br />(4) Participation in Political Campaigns. The Foundation shall not <br />participate or intervene in any political campaign on behalf of any <br />candidate for public office, including in such prohibition the publica- <br />tions or distribution of statements in any such campaign. <br />(5) Dissolution. In event of dissolution of the Foundation, any <br />assets remaining after payment of all debts of the Foundation shall <br />be transferred by the Foundation to the State of Indiana or the City <br />of South Bend or to any corporation organized for religious, educa- <br />tional or charitable purposes substantially the same as the purposes <br />of the Foundation so being dissolved. <br />
