N <br />mental bodies, officials, and employees of such governments in carrying out the <br />purposes for which the Foundation is organized; and to cooperate with or affiliate <br />with other charitable, educational, historical, cultural, civic or municipal associ- <br />ations, corporations, or groups organized for and carrying out any one or more of <br />the purposes for which the Foundation is organized. <br />E. Ancillar Pur oses. To do everything necessary for the accomplishment <br />of any of the purposes herein set forth and to do all things which are allied with <br />or incidental to the foregoing, which are not forbidden by the Act, by other law, or <br />by these Articles of Incorporation. <br />F. Limitations. Nothing contained in these Articles of Incorporation shall be <br />construed to authorize the foundation to engage in any activities or perform any <br />functions which are not within the definitions of charitable or educational purposes <br />as set forth in Sections 501(c) (3) , 2522(a) , 2055(a) of the federal Internal Revenue <br />Code of 1954 or the corresponding provisions of any future United States Internal <br />Revenue Law. <br />G. - Statutory Powers. Subject to any specific written limitations imposed by <br />the Act, by other law, or by these Articles of Incorporation and solely in furtherance <br />of the corporate purposes, the Foundation shall have all the powers specified in <br />the Act. <br />H. ggtcifig bowers.
