2. SCOPE <br />Guild supplied: <br />1. Guild to supply a fully integrated Methane (CH4) Analyzer package. The analyzer will be <br />packaged in an outdoor NEMA 4 Z-Purged enclosure mounted to a steel frame. It will <br />be permanently mounted to the existing concrete pad next to the Microgate PSA skid. <br />2. Guild will land the instrument air nylon tubing required for the Z-Purge electrical panel. <br />3. Guild will land the new process tubing from the Microgate skid product gas stream to the <br />new methane analyzer package. <br />4. Guild to run electrical conduit and land the 120VAC power and 24VDC power and signal <br />wires from the analyzer skid to the existing PLC control panel on the Microgate skid. <br />Some field wiring modifications will need to be made to the control panel to <br />accommodate the new analyzer power. Conduit support brackets are to be provided to <br />support these new electrical conduit runs. <br />5. Guild will update the Factory talk HMI desktop to include these new signals (2X digital <br />input signals and 2X analog input signals). <br />6. Guild will integrate the appropriate alarms and warnings into the software for the Guild <br />Microgate system. Warning and Trip setpoints to be finalized upon placement of <br />purchase order. <br />7. Guild will update the following Microgate system documents: <br />a. MG119-00010 - P&ID <br />b. MG119-00900 - Electrical schematics <br />c. MG119-00901 - 1/0 list. <br />d. MG119-00907 - Alarm and trip list <br />8. Guild to provide a gas calibration kit to "Zero" and "Span" the analyzer for monthly <br />calibrations to be performed by South Bend WWTP personnel. Guild to provide training <br />for this effort after the installation is complete. <br />9. Guild to update PLC firmware to version 31.011, <br />Customer provided: <br />1. Customer is responsible for bolting the analyzer skid frame to the existing concrete pad. <br />Provisions for anchoring the skid will be in place. This is to be completed by South Bend <br />WWTP personnel or others. <br />2. Customer is responsible for bolting the electrical conduit support brackets to the existing <br />concrete pad. Provisions for anchoring the brackets will be in place.
