The renewal period is for April 28, <br />2019 through April 2017, 2020. <br />This is a QPA renewal using the Omniapartner(previously US Communities) Quality Purchasing <br />Agreement. <br />The total cost of this Annual Kronos renewal is $273,969.60 and is a planned and budgeted <br />expense. <br />Thank you for your review and consideration, <br />Daniel R.
