RESOLUTION 204 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, <br />GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT <br />OF REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF DHUD FORM <br />HUD -6144, "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES" <br />WK WAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of <br />the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes that because <br />of fire damage to Parcel 29 -9, that said parcel should be reappraised; and, <br />WHE , it has reviewed the three separate appraisals (each with <br />suppleme tat appraisals) for one Parcel 29 -9 in the LaSalle Park Project <br />Area an <br />WHE AS, the proposed acquisition price for one parcel of real <br />estate shown on DHUD Form HUD -6144, dated October 19, 1967, is, in <br />the ovin on of the Commission, fair and reasonable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission hereby determines that Parcel 29 -9 in the LaSalle Park Project <br />should be reappraised and that the filing with the Urban Renewal Administration <br />of Form IUD-6144, dated October 19, 1967, for said Parcel 29 -9 is hereby approved. <br />Adopted t the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />held on ctober 19, 1967, at the office of the Commission, 120 West LaSalle <br />Avenue, outh Bend, Indiana. <br />
