coordinator (Kathy Ogren), (2) graphic designers that also function as our marketing department <br />(Dustin Tapp and Rick Woody), (1) vinyl and printing expert (Mike Lentych), (2) office <br />managers that do accounts payable, receivable, and several day to day functions (Jackie Wade <br />and Sheila Kline), (1) creative design consultant and business development associate (Scott <br />Franko), and (1) company president capable of serving all parts of our business (Jeff Trenery). <br />All client contact and interaction would come through the sales project manager assigned to the <br />project; this includes coordinating with vendors, performing site surveys, revising designs, <br />estimating and proposing signage, and overall concept and scope of the project. If you would like <br />further elaboration on the construct of our team, we will be happy to address any questions, and <br />even allow for a tour of our facility if desired. <br />There are certain items that US Signcrafters uses wholesale sign manufacturing partners <br />both locally and nationally: Sign Creations, Illuminated Image, Gemini Sign Products, Hendricks <br />Vacuum Forming, N Glantz, Wensco Sign Supplies, Principal LED's, Ornamental Post and <br />Panel, Jack Parks & Sons Inc., Watchfire Signs, Indy Imaging, Inpro, ASE, Matthews <br />Architectural Products, Schrock Masonry, and Pyramid Masonry. Not every project would <br />require use of these resources, but this is a comprehensive list of potential subcontractors that <br />may be used as part of a large scale project that would address a variety of sign needs, provide <br />for a number of desired distinct looks, and help to meet project timelines. <br />Over the past year or so, I, Steven Tucker have been the point of contact working with <br />South Bend Venues Parks & Arts for a couple of different projects. First, we provided a simple <br />replacement sign that served as a measuring stick for kids at one of the city's public pools. At <br />this time, I reached out to my point of contact for this project and offered our services for any <br />sort of project that may come up in the near future; I noticed when delivering this replacement <br />sign to O'Brien facility that there are several instances where "South Bend Parks & Recreation" <br />is still used on identification signs and that some signs have either been weathered or faded in <br />
