Only <br />the noted items are affected, and the remainder of the original contract document is to remain in its <br />entirety. <br />This Addendum modifies the Contract Documents as follows: <br />PART 1 — CLARIFICATIONS <br />PART 2 — SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br />PART 3 — CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS <br />PART 1- CLARIFICATIONS <br />1.01 The Contractor shall remove and Replace concrete sidewalk as necessary for installation and/or <br />removal of all electrical and signal improvements. Remove to nearest control joint (TYP), <br />replacement concrete shall match to adjacent existing grades. <br />1.02 Where existing slot drain is located along the curb line and is to remain, the Contractor shall saw <br />cut at the edge of the existing gutter line, protect slot drain & gutter in place unless noted <br />otherwise in the plans. <br />1.03 The Contractor shall blanket concrete as necessary to accelerate concrete cure time to meet <br />proposed project phase times. <br />PART 2 — SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br />2.01 SPECIAL PROVISIONS, Pages 14-58 <br />1. REPLACE Pages 14-58 with the attached SPECIAL PROVISIONS pages 14-63.: <br />a. The following items had clarification updates: <br />i. XXII CONTRACT ALLOWANCES <br />ii.
