RESOLUTION 203 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING <br />BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT, <br />AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HUD -6144, "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN <br />ACQUISITION PRICES" <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing. 3ody <br />of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes that <br />it is new necessary to purchase Parcel No. 1 -34 and 26 -14, LaSalle Park <br />Project Indiana R -57; and, <br />!H REAS, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals for Parcel <br />No. 1 -3 and 26 -14; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition price for two parcels of real <br />estate, identified as Parcels 1 -34 and 26 -14, as shown on Form HUD -6144, <br />dated 0 tober 19, 1967, is, in the opinion of the Commission, fair and <br />reasons le. <br />Park be <br />of Form <br />and 26- <br />Adopted <br />held on <br />Avenue, <br />J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Lon hereby determines that Parcels No. 1 -34 and 26 -14, in LaSalle <br />acquired and that the filing with the Urban Renewal Administration <br />HUD - 6144, dated October 19, 1967, for the said Parcels 1 -34 <br />L4 are hereby approved. <br />at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />October 19, 1967 at the office of the Commission, 120 West LaSalle <br />Suite 1001, South Bend, Indiana. <br />
