• Revise preliminary plans from city comments received. Develop a final plan submission that <br />will include plans, special provisions, quantities, and a bid proposal sheet. Submit prepared <br />documents for city review and receive comments. <br />• Finalize plans, special revisions, and the proposal sheet as bidding documents for soliciting <br />quotes from invited contractors. <br />• Provide quote period services for answering questions and preparing any necessary <br />addendums. All questions and answers shall be through city staff through said period. <br />Attend a pre -bid meeting as may be requested by the city. Attend the pre -construction <br />meeting with the city and successful contractor. <br />• Provide construction phase services as may be required. <br />Preliminary plans and construction estimate above shall be completed within 21 days from notice to <br />proceed. After field check and city comments, the final plan submission shall be completed within 14 <br />days. Quote packages shall be available for distribution by the city within 7 days from when final plan <br />comments are received. <br />Under Article 2 Section C2.0113 Compensation ADD the following to the original agreement: <br />4.
