Body RESOLUTION NO. 202 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR THE EXECUTION OF FIRST AMENDATORY CONTRACT AMENDING CONTRACT NO. IND. R -66(A) BY AND BETWEEN TIM CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IT RESOLVED BY the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing the Department of Redevelopment, City of South Bend, AS FOLLOWS: S CTIO0 1. The pending proposed First Amendatory Contract (herein called the "Amendatory Contract ") amending that certain Contract No. Ind. R66 (A), dated the 19th day of October, 1967, by and between the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment (herein called the "Local Public Agency ") and the United States of America (herein called the " trnment "), is hereby in all respects approved. S CTION 2. The President ox Vice President is hereby authorized_ and direct d to execute said Amendatory Contract in two counterparts on behalf of the Local Public Agency, and the Secretary, is hereby authorized and direc d to impress and attest the official seal of the Local Public Agency on as such counterpart, and to forward such counterparts to the Department of Housing & Urban Development for execution on behalf of the Government, together with such other documents relative to the approval and execution of such counterparts - -as may be required by the Government. SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take.. effect immediately. Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission on Oct ber 19, 1967.at the office of the Comaission, 120 West LaSalle Avenue .Suite 1001, South Bend, Indiana.
