Ms. Miller seconded the motion, which carried. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Mr. Chris Waiter, 2955 McKinley Hwy., presented the Board with a revised drawing of his <br />vacation request for 1609 S. Michigan St. He noted the Board reviewed it at their previous <br />meeting and tabled it. Mr. Waiter stated Bob Miller's Appliance Sales and Service was one of <br />those affected businesses that was opposed to the request because they use the alley for delivery <br />trucks. He noted he spoke to Chris Miller and agreed to give them an access easement.
