<br />County, State of Indiana, That it is deemed neeessory to improvezz Ewing Avennue,
<br />from Miami Street to Ernsperger Street as follows, to -wit. --
<br />Said avenue shall be
<br />graded from property line -to property line to. the established grade, and cement
<br />sidewalk and cement curb shall be constructed"on both sides of said Ewing Avenue
<br />from Miami Street to Ernsperger Street, all as th more particularly shown and all
