<br />Be It Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of Sough Bend,
<br />at. Joseph County, State of Indianay that it is desired and deemed necessary to improve
<br />Hine Street from Walnut Street to Studebaker Street as follows, to -wit:
<br />Said street shall
<br />be raded and the roadway -thereof shall be paved; and also the roadway of certain portions
<br />of the streets and alleys which enter or intersect -said street shall be graded and paved
<br />The, ppaving material to be used in making said m rovement shall be Sheet Asphalt, Bituli-
<br />lithic, asphaltic concrete,'brick or a se ven 7� inch Portland cement Concrete pavement,,
<br />and the foundation shall be portland cement concrete. six (6) inches thick for the Sheet
<br />asphalt, bitulithic,:asphaltic concrete and brick or,rolled gravel six (6) inches thick
<br />for the bricks -also cement curb shall be constructed along said street where'same is
<br />necessary and not already constructed; storm water inlets and conduits shall be constructed
<br />where necessary; all storm water inlets and manhole tops sha; • be set to the .proper,
<br />grade;'cement marginal curb.shall be constructed at all street and alley intersections
<br />where necessar all as is more particularly shown and all in accordance with the plans,
<br />rofilest deta � drawings and s'ecifications on file in the office of the Department of
<br />Public Works of the City of Sou h Bend, Indiana.
