<br />of M. Shively about pole at corner of Jefferson Blvd, and Francis Street. The
<br />pole which has no wires is to be removed. The pole that the fire box is placed on ,3s
<br />there to hold the fire box. The guy wire is to hold a cable to the south when the
<br />underground cables are extended, this fire box will be placed on iron posts. When
<br />the drive way is builtthe guy wire will be placed out of the driveway
