The Board adopted the following order to George A.,D,avis Building Commissioner. <br />George, A... Dawvis. Building Commissioner appeared before ,the Board <br />and reported a eoria tlon,oxi ting relative to the construction of the New Palace <br />Theatre on North Michigan.Stre�-_A,.-.The north wall of the buildingg at 207 North <br />Michigan Street and> th.e.> east. and:lwesta walll were in - dangerous condition: creating . <br />an emergency ease under- Sectden� 202-203-205 of the Building Code was created. That <br />proper notice had been• served- by !th+e> Bullding' Commissioner upon the tenants and owners <br />of the Building known as 207 North Michigan Street.
